Freelance Writer

with a psychology and mental health background

Psychology is to me what Melquíades’ manuscripts were to José Arcadio Buendía: a source of great fascination, mystery and haunting.

That might be why I’ve dedicated my adult life to the topic – academically, professionally and personally.

After studying psychology at the University of London, I spent many years working in the mental health sector, taking on various roles while also training in alternative therapies such as yoga, meditation, and hypnosis.

In 2019, I earned a master’s degree in mental health and psychotherapy and subsequently worked as an assistant psychologist for the NHS in England.

Since 2021, I’ve specialised in writing and editing for psychology websites, wellness brands, charities, businesses, and other clients globally.

I use my extensive background in psychology and content writing to help my clients communicate and connect with their audience.

My mission is to engage, educate, and empower through impactful writing.

While my primary occupation is freelance writing and editing, I continue to offer hypnosis and mindfulness training to select clients.
